Steve Crough
CEO
A bit about me: Years of experience working in Retail, Finance and leading a digital agency, now working with my younger brother at LEAP Strategies. I get a kick out of seeing businesses embrace technology.
Likes: Watching F1, going fishing and going to the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre.
Dislikes: Windy days.
Something people may not know about you: My brother calls me the ‘Snipers Nightmare’ because I have one leg shorter than the other.
A bit about me: After years working for Big Tech, I set up LEAP Strategies out of a desire to support Small to Medium Enterprises in getting the most out of their technology solutions.
Likes: Watching Motorsports and collecting vintage cars.
Dislikes: Cleaning and heights.
Something people may not know about you: I enjoy volunteering for charities and I currently volunteer for the Tourette’s Syndrome Association of Australia.

A bit about me: I’m passionate about empowering businesses with technology, through offering tailor-made solutions and strategies. When the workday winds down, I’m plotting my next camping adventure, reading a good book, or playing Rugby with the Mosman Whales.
Likes: Playing golf (poorly), hanging at the pub with mates and watching the NFL.
Dislikes: When the ‘Close Door’ button in a lift, doesn’t actually close the doors.
Something people may not know about you: The best holiday I have been on is a 3-month camping trip, exploring NSW, Victoria and South Australia.
A bit about me: My job is to keep a keen eye on workflows, ensuring they’re as smooth as silk and fine-tuned for peak performance. Empowering our team through education is a vital part of my day-to-day. I’m also diving even deeper into the world of cybersecurity.
Likes: Everything about Cats, Hot/Iced Chocolate, Creative Hobbies.
Dislikes: Being bored, migraines.
Something people may not know about you: I can eat 100 Chicken Nuggets (or equivalent) if required – maybe more.

A bit about me: I moved from Copenhagen to Cairns in 2022 to pursue my master’s before eventually finding my way to Sydney. With an MIT-MBA, I thrive at the intersection of business strategy and technology. At LEAP Strategies, I focus on supporting our clients through collaboration and strategic guidance to drive success.

A bit about me: My responsibility is providing optimal solutions, resolving technical issues for customers (applications, PC, phone, printer), ensuring absolute customer satisfaction and trust.

Something people may not know about you: I worked in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for about six months as a Technical Support Technician.
